Our brand RESONATE- a holistic activewear brand focused on the consumers journey to their highest self. Redefining the concept of wellness; where optimal fitness shouldn’t come at the cost of sanity. Rather cultivating a community that vibrates on a higher frequency where switching off is just as important as switching on.

OUR PURPOSE

In response to cultural trends tending towards rising levels of stress, obesity, anxiety and depression, RESONATE was developed to negate the effects of these issues. Being healthy in your body doesn’t necessarily mean you are healthy in mind, our purpose is to align both and reiterate that complete wellbeing comes from a state of resonance between the two and that individual development shouldn’t exhaust one or the other resulting in the expense of ones self.
