Unfortunately we don't currently ship internationally
For all UK deliveries once processed, orders will take 5-7 business days to arrive. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped. Any queries please get into contact and we hope to be of service.
During COVID please note all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers. Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority. As such orders may be slightly delayed but we are working hard to minimise this impact.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase we would love some feedback on how we could improve, please contact us by any of the means on our contact us page.
For returns products must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order. Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached. Please note we only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!
Exchanges are not unfortunately part of our returns policy.
Rest assured when you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
