Thanks for visiting RESONATE These Terms of Use apply to your purchase of RESONATE clothing and products and to your access to and use of the website and other online products and services provided by RESONATE. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services.
Agreement
By using the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms and authorise us to transmit information (included updated information) to obtain information from third parties, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card numbers or credit reports to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
Amendments
We reserve the right to:
update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement on the Website. It is your responsibility to check for such changes. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we have given such announcement. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms; modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website and the material contained within (or any part) without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website or its contents; and disable any user identification code or password we have provided to you, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms.

HOLIDAY COMPETITION
Participation in the Promotion
Residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over only, the Promotion starts at 00:01 am (UK time) on 1 June 2020 and closes at 23:59 pm (UK time) on 1 July 2020 (the Promotion Period). Any entries received outside the Promotion Period will be void. Participants may make a maximum of 1 entry per person as per signing up to the database. There will be 5 winners for a 5 day stay hosted by RESONATE at the COMO Shambola Estate in Indonesia. See the link for the resort and winners shall be sent stay details for a period to be confirmed.

The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries for this Promotion received during the Promotion Period. There will be no prizes for any other entrants. Winners will be notified by email or using the other contact details provided to the Promoter within 14 days after the end of the Promotion Period. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received during the Promotion Period. Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the applicable prize within 14 days of having been notified. If the winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified or the winner refuses or is unable to provide an eligible postal address for receipt of their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another participant.
If winner wishes to bring a plus 1, winner and guests will be sharing a double room. Accommodation is provided on a room only basis. Prize includes return economy flights from any UK airport to Bali Indonesia. Exact flight date/time will be selected at prize provider’s discretion. Prize excludes all airport transfers. Winner and guest are responsible for getting to and from UK airport at their own expense. All parts of prize must be used in conjunction with same booking. Winner and his/her guest(s) are solely responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documentation (including passport/visa/visa waiver as may be required), obtaining adequate travel insurance and appropriate vaccinations / inoculations for foreign travel at their own expense.
Prize must be taken between 30th October 2020 and 30th October 2021 and is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize in whole or in part.
